Project Description:
Deca designed a new office building for Clean Water Services’ Water Resources Management group for a riparian site on the banks of the Tualatin River. This new 16,500 square foot building was designed to meet Energy Trust of Oregon’s Path-To-Net-Zero standards and utilize Cross Laminated Timber construction. Other notable features include photo-voltaic energy generation and a ground-source heat pump.
